Due to the nature of our products, Sweetgrass Needlepoint does not accept returns or exchanges once an item has left our shop. Please review your order carefully before purchasing, and don't hesitate to reach out with any questions before placing your order. We're always happy to help!

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to ship, although we're often able to get orders out sooner. Tracking information will be provided once your order is on its way.

We currently ship within the continental United States, and orders over $100 ship free. Local pickup is also available in Florence, South Carolina and Lake City, South Carolina.

All preorders are subject to a 50% deposit and subject to extended time of arrival depending on the product/canvas.

Please check dye lot numbers before purchasing threads to ensure they match what you already have. If you're unsure, send us a message and we'll be happy to check the lot numbers we currently have available.

Need help kitting a canvas? We'd love to help select the perfect threads from our available inventory. If you're purchasing a canvas from our site, contact us and we can invoice you separately for the threads so you don't have to pay shipping twice. If you already know which threads you'd like, simply add them to your original order.
