How long will it take my order to ship?

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to ship, although we're often able to get orders out sooner. Tracking information will be provided once your order is on its way.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the continental United States. Plus, orders over $100 ship free!

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Local pickup is available in Florence, South Carolina and Lake City, South Carolina. Select local pickup at checkout and we'll let you know when your order is ready.

Do you take preorders or special requests?

We'd love to try to help! Send us a message if you're looking for a preorder, special request, or something you don't currently see online.

Can you kit a canvas for me?

Absolutely! If you're purchasing a canvas from our site, send us a message and we'll be happy to help select the perfect threads from our available inventory. We can invoice you separately for the threads so you don't have to pay shipping twice. If you already know which threads you'd like, you can simply add them to your original order.

Can you help me kit a canvas I already own?

Of course! We're happy to help you choose threads for a project you already have. Reach out to us and we'll help however we can.

Do you have a storefront?

We will very soon! Sweetgrass Needlepoint is currently an online-only shop, with local pickup available in Florence, South Carolina and Lake City, South Carolina. We will have a space to welcome you in person in the coming months. More information coming on that soon!

Though our size may seem tiny, we guarantee it will be packed with tons of canvas treasures and thread lines.  But for now, you can shop with us online anytime!
